1. Push ups

Push ups are one of the greatest exercises known to man. Push ups are used in all forms of sports training, and fitness is no different. Push ups when done correctly give great strength for your arms and chest. The intensity and variations of the push-ups are endless. So get down and give me 20!

2. Squats

Squats are a great lower body exercise that works out all of your leg muscles. Squats are also utilized in all sports and boot camps. So let’s get those legs strong with some squats. They also has many variations, so always change up your home fitness routines for optimal results.

3. Pull ups

Pull ups are also one of the few ultimate exercises that targets too many muscle groups to count. You can’t ever do too many pull ups. Some circles of athletes regard highly a person that can do a large amount of them. They also have many variations for the pull ups.

4. Lunges

Lunges are great ways to get your legs in shape as well. You can do lunges up and down your house as you are doing other things. Travel around the house doing lunges and you will be the envy of leg enthusiasts all around the world.

5. Sit ups

Sit ups are great for your mid section, and they can be done anywhere, and at anytime. They are a cool way to keep your mid section looking great. But remember to switch them up with other ab work. The abs and core are the muscle groups that adapt the fastest to stress. So you have to keep them guessing.

6. Nintendo Wii.

The Wii Fit, a program that can be bought to go with the Wii, comes with its own electronic workout platform and computer-like applications.
Plug in the Wii Fit platform and game into the Wii console, and you can easily track aerobics, strength training programs and even Yoga routines.
